Those must be tapeworms that grew up for different sized creatures.
But given the usuals of the forlorn Isles, it makes sense they'd be around.
If Milo ever gets his hands on big machine for substituting the heart and lungs, he'll take apart Bille's body like the jigsaw it is and deworm it once and for all.

Ol' spike got done dirty, a sad fate but alas living by the sword is a good way to die by it, pissing off big yakuza/mobsters doesn't help either.

I miss seeing the swordfish in action too, that thing ROCKED hard, who'd guess an old racing vehicle would make for a knarly fighter craft.
