Mg42? or M60? the Cocking handle and Stock makes me think Mg42 but it could easily be leaning on an Mg34 based on that barrel shroud.

Once I'm back home I'm definitely gonna go to the doc. getting it confirmed is definitely very important; I went out for a swim a few months back because it's supposedly good for carpal tunnel but I got a bad case of tennis elbow and it made it worse ahaha 😭
