Ok, at the muzzle there looks to be some kind of Rocket warhead (Panzerfaust, RPG)
There is what looks like a cocking mechanism with what looks like a Pan magazine (Lewis gun) just atop her shoulder.
I'm forced to assume out ahead of her on the weapon is some kind of buttstock.
There is No visible trigger or grip.
The barrel shroud looks sweet.

Honestly don't know how it works, i tried to make it close to the reference images i was given
This being from monster hunter might be a gunlance, weird weaponry they have
that thing next to her face is like a small bow from this side, like in crossbows.

Imitating one's enemy is very hard, imitating one's enemy successfully is even harder.
doing so to capture the essence of how it is successful and without having access a complete example to study and base a replica upon? Next to impossible.

to borrow principles of design, mechanisms and techniques and combine it with that which is understood? there in lies the prosperous path of inspired design and whoever created this copy failed to understand that.

So, noticing the barrel still on the APC*, I'd assume it's had whats going on inside the turret swapped out for perhaps a pneumatic potato cannon?
